ZUMBA?
Created by celebrity
fitness trainer "Beto" Perez in Columbia in mid 1990's Zumba is now
becoming the hottest, fastest growing form of
fitness, throughout the world!
Zumba combines
high energy and motivating music with unique moves that allow the participants
to dance away their worries.
It's based
on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy, so the participants
will stick to the fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits.
Zumba
is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is
a "feel-happy" workout.

ZUMBA is
a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a
dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness
interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone
and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval
training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning
and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with
easy to follow dance steps.
