was first introduced to Zumba by a friend
who was taking Laura's class
in
Mamaroneck. I hesitated
at first because I live in CT and couldn't even make it to the gym
down the street. My friend was having so much fun, I joined and
haven't looked back.
I can't believe there is an instructor
out there that could make "exercise" so much fun. Laura enjoys what
she is doing so much, it rubs off on you, you can't help it. Here I am a year later still driving
to Laura's class (even though there are classes closer) and 35 pounds
lighter!
